Dunno how things are in the U.S., but the british government is pretty shit when it comes to regulating drugs. Alcoholism is a timebomb, the way most youths get wasted every weekend; tobacco is finally getting under control though, after centuries of being legal. I dunno.

My friends often got high when I still lived on student campus, and it's probably the 'friendliest' drug in the world, but there's that risk of brain damage that really, really puts me off.
